Creative and Cultural Careers (March 2024)

In March 2024 we're having a focus on Creative & Cultural Careers. Get insight and inspiration on working in the creative & cultural sector by attending the fantastic range of events we've arranged between 13 and 22 March, all of which aim to help you discover more about a variety of creative & cultural career paths.

You can also search #EdCreativeCareers on socials and MyCareerHub to find other opportunities, events and more. We hope engaging with what we are offering will increase your awareness of creative and cultural careers and give you exposure to the creative industries, helping you to Discover What’s Out There. And  hearing the stories of creative industries professionals can help you to reflect and Understand Yourself and what your next steps should be to work in the industry.

12:00 - Careers & Coffee with the BBC

The BBC are coming onto campus! Come and meet them in the Main Library Foyer and pick their brains about their range of exciting opportunities.

Creative and Cultural Careers (March 2024)

Our Creative & Cultural Careers events are aimed at students of all levels, as well as recent graduates, from any subject who are interested in finding out more about working in the Creative Industries, Media or Cultural institutions. Through 14 different events, we try to provide exposure to a range of sectors, industries, professions, crafts and skills. As well as give you the chance to meet and hear from around 50 different organisations and freelancers, including University of Edinburgh Alumni, who want to speak to you!
